Terms of Service

Gosimmi LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. GoSimmi is the name of the product. We are a Wyoming limited liability company. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.

GoSimmi provides virtual phone numbers that receive SMS and calls, including one-time codes, and related tools in your account. A number is assigned after you pay. We do not promise a particular number, or that any app will accept it or keep it working.

GoSimmi numbers cannot be used to reach emergency services.

You need an email address and a password. You are responsible for activity on the account and for keeping the password private. We may ask you to confirm your email or a phone number before you buy a number or add credit.

You must be 18 or older.

We, a carrier, or a regulator may ask you to verify your identity or address. We may hold or suspend numbers until you do.

Numbers belong to the carriers. You get the right to use a number while it is paid for. When a number expires or is released it may be given to someone else. We are not responsible for losing access to any account linked to a number. Move important accounts off a number before you let it go.

You can release a number from your account. Releasing a number does not refund the period you already paid for. See the Refund Policy.

We may also release or suspend a number if a carrier requires it, if a payment fails, if a charge is disputed, or if these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are broken.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Tax may be added at checkout. Prices can change. A change does not alter a period you have already paid for.

You have a prepaid wallet. Numbers, add-ons, and renewals are paid from that balance.

You add credit at checkout. Top-ups have per-payment and daily limits. Limits apply and are shown at checkout, and we may change them. Checkout can offer a card and other payment methods shown on the payment page.

We do not keep your full card number. A card you use can be saved for later renewals. You can pay from the wallet when the balance covers the price, or by card at checkout.

You confirm your money comes from lawful sources and that you are not in, or acting for anyone in, a sanctioned country or on a sanctions list. We may freeze and report suspicious payments.

If auto-renew is on, you allow GoSimmi to charge a saved card for each renewal until you turn auto-renew off. Renewals are charged to a saved card or taken from your wallet balance. If neither covers the renewal, the number can be suspended and then released, and you can lose it.

You can turn auto-renew off in Billing. What you have already paid for runs until the end of that period. Keep a working card on file, or enough balance for the next charge. If both are missing, the number can expire. The price at renewal is the price in effect that day.

Numbers are digital services supplied at once. If you are in the EU or the UK, by using a number within 14 days of buying it you ask us to start right away and lose your right to cancel once it is supplied.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend numbers or freeze an account if we believe that policy has been broken, if a payment is disputed, or if we are required to. We cooperate with law enforcement. Requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

If you close your account, your numbers are released. Unused balance is handled under the Refund Policy. Email [email protected] to close the account.

We may suspend or end the account if these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are broken, if a payment is disputed, or if the law requires it. When we end the account, we release the numbers.

You keep ownership of the messages and other content that arrive for your numbers. You allow us to receive, store, and show that content so we can provide the service, keep the records in the Privacy Policy, and look into abuse.

GoSimmi, the site, and the software stay ours. You may use them only to receive the service.

If you believe content on GoSimmi infringes a copyright or other intellectual property right, email [email protected] with the details. We will review it and may remove the content or suspend the account.

GoSimmi is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, including fitness for a purpose, and we do not promise that any number will receive every message or code.

The service depends on phone carriers, payment providers, and other companies. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Where the law allows, Gosimmi LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost messages, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit is the strongest one the law still allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says we cannot limit.

You will cover Gosimmi LLC's losses and reasonable legal costs from claims caused by your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your customers' use if you resell or share the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Except where you can bring a claim in small claims court, you and Gosimmi LLC agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration in Wyoming. You waive any right to bring or join a class action. If a court finds that this arbitration clause cannot apply to a claim, that claim is handled in the courts of Wyoming.

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, including carrier outages, payment-provider outages, natural disasters, war, or government action. That is force majeure.

We may assign these terms. You may not assign them without our consent.

If a court finds that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. That is severability.

These terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement about GoSimmi.

If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we give it up.

We post changes on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also email the address on your account when we can. Using GoSimmi after the new date means you accept the updated terms for use after that date. The Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy are part of these terms.
