Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It describes what you may and may not do with GoSimmi.
Who we are
Gosimmi LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. GoSimmi is the name of the product. We are a Wyoming limited liability company. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
What you may do
You may use a GoSimmi number to receive SMS and calls, including one-time codes, for a lawful purpose. You may use the other tools in your account for that same purpose. If you share the service with your own customers, they must follow this policy, and you are responsible for their use.
GoSimmi numbers cannot be used to reach emergency services.
Fraud and account takeover
You may not use GoSimmi to commit fraud, to steal a payment, or to take over someone else's account. You may not use a number to pretend to be another person, a bank, or a company.
Other services' verification
Receiving a one-time code for an account you are allowed to use is fine. You may not use a GoSimmi number to get around another service's verification for an illegal purpose. That includes creating accounts to commit fraud, evading a ban in order to break the law, or collecting codes so someone else can break into an account.
WhatsApp and other apps set their own rules. They can block a number. Using GoSimmi to ignore those rules in order to do something illegal breaks this policy.
Spam and harassment
You may not use a number, a link, or a message to spam, harass, threaten, or abuse anyone. You may not use the service to spread malware or to attack anyone.
The service
You may not interfere with GoSimmi, share access you were given in order to hide who is using it, or resell numbers in a way that hides the user from us when we ask who is using them.
What we may do
We may suspend a number, stop messages, or freeze the account when we believe this policy has been broken or when the law requires it. We may do this without advance notice. We cooperate with law enforcement, and we may tell the service that was affected when the law allows it.
