What is Line Uptime?
Line Uptime checks whether your WhatsApp number is still working and alerts you when it stops. The Free plan checks once a day. Standard checks hourly and is free for numbers bought from GoSimmi; Pro and Max check more often.
How am I billed?
Numbers and add-ons are subscriptions in US dollars, charged to your card. Tax is added at checkout where it applies. You can turn off auto-renew at any time in Billing; the service stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I cancel or release a number?
You can't end a number yourself. Turn off auto-renew in your account and the number stays active until the period you paid for ends. If you need help with a number, email [email protected].
